Pyeclough Farm was a major restoration project lasting over six months. The main project areas were
- Lifting the existing grit-stone flags, establishment of a waterproof membrane and insulation layer, and the subsequent re-laying of the flags.
- Removal of the existing mortar from all internal walls, to be replaced by lime plaster.
- Removal of non-original fireplaces to be replaced by period items to reflect the original pieces.
- Project management to return the whole dwelling to a home, including rewiring, new plumbing, fitted kitchen and bespoke joinery.
